You cannot get through to them. There line is always busy. The one time I got through I was on hold for 2 hours then there system hung up. Rona must have government people working for them

Worst inventory web site ever. I'm looking for a baconny planter and I checked the RONA website for 4 different stores and they are the same: Web site says the store have many items in stock. However when I came in store, there are none.

Do not order online! Placed a order, a week later nothing shipped out. Called customer service 86 times. Was told she cant help me and to fill out a online form. Filled out form and have waited 6 days with no reply. Called customer service back and waited online for 30 minutes. Then was given a case number and placed on hold for 56 minutes. Had to hang up. To this day they took my money but havent even shipped product out. Will not order through them again

Worst experience I have ever had. Spent 3K on a mower told 5 in stock. Wait 2 weeks while calling 3 times and now find out they are sold out. Lawn will have to wait longer. DONT SHOP AT RONA. You will be disappointed.

this is becoming the most painful onlne shopping experiences I have ever had ...and i have literally done thousands of purchases online. I ordered on May 13th and it only got shipped out May 19th (strike one) though it was in stock... but as of yet (May 29th) I have not received it (strike 2). I emailed Rona but aside from telling me that they have received my email I have not heard anything (strike 3). I called yesterday but their phone was busy almost the entire day (strike 4). After speaking to a rep, she gave me a case number (#418964-C3Q0W6) but then had to put me through to someone else (Strike 5). I then waited on the phone for 45 minutes to speak to someone (strike 6) but had to hang up because I had a zoom call. I am now trying to call but the line is busy all day (strike 6).....what is going on with Rona...they should give up trying to do online shopping.

I should have read the reviews for online orders before I made mine, horrible, made and order for a pick up a week ago and nothing, can't even connect to their "customer service" number. Will never ever make an order or set foot in any of their stores ever

They are collapsing from COVID, insanely long lines, not cancelling orders, taking weeks to process a simple can of spray paint they have already in the store!! Insane.

I placed an order for lawn mower on May 12, 2020 but still it shows processing, customer service number doesn't even work, visited local Rona store and they said they can't help with online order if I chose parcel delivery, grass in my lawn is getting nasty, big mistake to order from rona, will never ever visit or buy anything from Rona, extremely frustrated . Will buy lawn mower from another store and if I ever receive from Rona, will return it without opening. Their stores should be closed permanently.

I placed my order May 11th. Track order only says its being "processed" and will give a date soon. I called Customer Service # many times getting a busy tone. Finally waited on hold 35 mins only to have my call disconnected. Extremely unsatisfactory. Will not order online again.

I purchased a kitchen sink on April 10th, 2020. It was displaying that I would receive a 25% discount upon check out. The discount did not appear. I completed the purchase and contacted customer service (miraculously someone answered): the agent agreed with my complaint and took a screenshot of the discount being advertised and provided me with a case number. I subsequently have tried to contact rona.ca customer service by telephone on 4 occasions. On occasioon 1 I waited 90 minutes before hanging up. On occasion 2 I again waiting 90 minutes before hanging up. On occasion 3 I waited 60 minutes on-hold before hanging up. I have written to rona.ca customer service email and NEVER have received other than an automated response. PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ONLINE RETAILER WHO CARES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT THE CUSTOMER OR THE FRUSTRATIONS THEY EXPERIENCE. Today, May 23rd, I waited on the phone 30 minutes only to be told the representatiave did not have authority to grant the refund and would pass me to another agent: I have now been waiting another 45 minutes -- nothing! PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT WHICH IS A DISGRACE TO CANADA.

I ordered a seasonal item on April 26, I have received no status on when I will receive it. I called, after 53 minutes I was told someone would call me back, I have not received a call and that was a week ago. When I ordered it said between 3-10 days but because of covid it could take longer, this is ridiculous! All my other orders are showing up just a few days after expected delivery. This order has been 4 weeks and still no SEASONAL product that I want for the SEASON!

Placed an online order a week and a half ago before stores reopened. My local store inventory indicated stock was available. Only ordered two items. Still no word on pick up. Competitor had products ready in 24 hrs. Can not get through to store or customer service numbers - rings with no answer or get a busy signal ALL day! They're good at taking your money, terrible at customer service! Wish I'd checked these reviews before ordering.

All i need is a duplicate receipt so i can get an item that has failed replaced by the manufacturer. I called Main office customer service at 831 am - supposedly they open at 830. I was on hold for 40 minutes. Lady did answer, ask for my information, gave me a case number and i made the decision to stay on hold for the next rep.... on hold for 20 minutes, then it disconnected me. I tried calling back and only get a busy single. Ive been at this for 2 days. What is purpose of a case number if the customer has no where to go with it. I have been calling 2 different storeS directly but no one answers in any department. Left a general message at the Nepean store, no one has called back. This is beyond my patient level. I am not happy.

Placed an online order ..2 weeks to get confirmation that order was ready for curbside pickup, got to the store (650 Dundas st. E, mississauga) waited 20 min, went in to inquire, guy comes out with half the items, goes back to pick up the others (fertilizer), comes back to inform me they were sold out!

Rona is turning into a dirty, unorganized, disrespectful, unhelpful, lazy, over priced junk store. Your COMPETITORS are far SUPERIOR!!!!!!!

Stay away from the online store, it's a SCAM. Orders are not processed after a week of waiting. I had filled a complaint to the Quebec consumer protection to get my refund and look elsewhere.

Horrible experience. Ordered and paid for a product and did not receive a tracking number. On hold 40 mins to be told I had to use rona.ca. Let me repeat myself. No tracking number!! Worst customer service ever! I will not be ordering again. No wonder your stores are closing.
