Received an email on Saturday 25th May (around 8.30am) to say delivery of my parcel was expected today between 10.33 and 14.33pm. Waited in all day and now turns out it hasn't even left the South West depot. Could have gone to Portsmouth myself ten times over in the time it has taken Royal Mail to do absolutely nothing. Why bother sending out emails if you're not going to actually make a delivery?

£11 customs charge for an item arriving from overseas costing £5.00...but the funny part is customs taking £3 and Royal Mail charge £8 of it for handling?!!! Its a joke a Royal joke on us!

千万别用royal mail 往中国邮寄东西,延期是小,邮着邮着东西就找不到了,七天之后告诉你还没丢还在继续找,这个时候你就会知道有多难过----来自一个老学长的忠告。

Text recived to say a tracked paggage will arrive today. Nope its still in Nottingham according to the data. Rearranged a whole day for nothing. Hope it will arrive tomorrow. Its a tracked 48 hour package. Its past 48 hours. But dont text if its not going to arrive when they say it will. Just pure annoying.

I was awaiting a much needed parcel which just so happened to be delivered during that half hour that I nipped out of the house. There was no possibility of me colkecting the parcel the following day as I was catching a flight 1st thing in the morning so was pretty miffed that I'd missed this delivery. Whilst driving away from our road, I bumped into our postman Tom (for Lord Street, Stalybridge) and explained the situation and my dilemma. Tom went above and beyond to ensure I got my parcel that day....so thank you Tom.

Honestly don't know how this service is still working. It is the second time I get ''sorry we missed you'' card even tough I am 100% sure I was at home at that time, but their employees can't even ring a door bell. It is so frustrating that all the big companies using this delivery service.

Royal Mail is an example of a big company that has a large amount of customers - both residential and business customers, more than any other postal companies because it's "The Royal Mail" so for them it means they don't need to give a rats ass about customer service or doing anything to improve their customer's user experience. What they do care about though is increasing postal charges every year. I hope soon there will be a new company that provides reliable service, fair in price and actually CARES about their customers - because Royal Mail does none of those.

"Royal Mail Tracked 48" Their website is quite clear they had the parcel locally Monday 5am. Never attempted delivery. Spoke to their Plymouth service centre, Friday Afternoon who said I could pick it up today. wasted nearly an hour driving there and back and waiting. The Local Branch has no idea where it is. Presumably lost - but I'm told it'll take 15 days before they acknowledge they've lost it...

Lying thieves Pay for a "signed for" service - , they just gave it to a random with no signature at all. Promised to look into it within 10 working days. Another lie - been 3 weeks, not a sausage - no contact AT ALL Take parcel - take money - steal parcel - lie about it. They are EXACTLY like the local smack heads

Terrible. Just terrible. What was our national postal service just so happens to be the worst postal service in the lane, especially for packages. Customer service is non-existent. You may as well speak to a computer (you often do after hanging on for 30 mins on the phone). Do yourself a favour; find a better, cheaper and more reliable service with better customer service (which just so happens to be every other service available to you).

My post has been reported 4 times so far this year for being ripped open or not arrived, on one occasion royal mail apologised and posted it in a clear bag, but there was no card or money left inside! They still say they do not believe this is down to royal mail and a automated letter of apology arrives each time Rubbish service!
