I have many items that I have not received for weeks now and letters only delivered once every couple of weeks, they blame COVID but my area has always been so slow and very unreliable, the service and cost is shocking, plenty of people are willing to work so why not employ more staff.

15.01.2021 advised my order will be delivered between 8 and 12 the following Tuesday. The following Monday received another email.at 6.30 AM to advise it will be delivered that day between 8 and 12. NOTHING. Following day advised he was sent to wrong DO and that it was on its way STILL NOTHING. Less useful a chocolate tea pot. Because of the T & C there is nothing anyone can do about it. A disgrace.

I waited and watched for my parcel to be delivered then at 11.47 am I received an e mail stating they tried to deliver but could not as no one was in as there was no parcel or van in sight and ive been watching out my window since nine am Have to reschedule my delivery to the local post office so i can collect and dispite this they're having the cheek to make me wait another two days on top .. as well charging me for collection

Lost two parcels worth £60 We're out of pocket £120 And royal mail is allowing us to £20 back. Lucky us Gutted

What a disgusting service took my money, canceled the order issued no refund with no means of contact this side of 2021. No longer deserve the right to use Royal.

When I see that something I ordered has been posted via Royal Mail, I breathe a sigh of annoyance that crescendos into an exclamation of an expletive. I can't help but contemplate what transgression I had committed to offend the seller so much that I was punished with them putting my item in the hands of Royal Mail. Then comes days of frustration climaxing in the receipt of my damaged package. At the time of writing, I still have more packages in hell (mail centres) including an 8 day old Royal Mail "1st class". The only redeeming factor about Royal Mail these days is at least they aren't Hermes, hence two stars and not one.

Still awaiting delivery of item, been in your possession for 9 days now!! absolute terrible service and you've got the cheek to increase your prices!!! What a joke!! Royal SNAIL!!!

If I could give no stars rating, I would.Royal Mail is without doubt totally useless.The only times throughout this pandemic that I have a problem with a delivery,you guessed it, it's Royal Mail.Parcels just don't turn up, can't get through to customer service,they are not worthy of custom from any company.USELESS!!!In future I will not buy from any company that uses Royal Mail as a carrier.

Been waiting for a letter for TWO WEEKS NOW. Covid can't be blamed for this weak pathetic company. Even before COVID anything to with royal mail was a gamble if it would arrive on time. All other delivery companies are still doing next day. RoyalFAIL needs to be sent into liquidation and the government needs to step in and get this sorted. This is beyond unacceptable. No mail vans have been around in days!!!

Paid extra for Tracked delivery of photo prints from Snapfish for faster, tracked service. Received an ‘expect delivery today’ email - nothing Tracking reported ‘delivery done’ next day - nothing Reported issue to Snapfish next day - said wait 1 more business day Finally delivery by R Mail van on a Sunday!!! 2 days later Snapfish customer service apologise but will not credit me or pursue my claim.... Royal Mail website states take up issue with sender.

Covid or no Covid the service is the poorest it’s ever been, no postman for weeks customer service is extremely frustrating to get through all in all a very poor service

ist class post i sent from epping to north london still hasnt been received by two people and they were 80 year old birthday cards that were sent 7 days prior to the birthdays, I have also been waiting for a small parcel that was sent from london to me 9 days ago and still not received sometimes we dont get any post for 3-4 days whats going wrong with Royal Maail I dont acced Covid as the problem as Yahoo and hermes and other carriers dont stop delivering daily

I live in Merton, London, SW19. We haven't received any post in 2021. Not just a reduced service. No service! I am waiting for some important documents and the delay is costing me. No indication if the mail is lost or will come.

Really wants to be scrapped, its like going to casino and gambling you might get lucky and get your delivery or what you've sent or might not about 50% i sent a £50 amazon token a month ago not far away never got there.If you can scan and send by email use private couriers lets get rid of bloated corrupt royal snail!

Dreadful ordinary lightweight package £3.85 sent correctly addressed from.post office did nor arrive to address in UK no doubt Covid will be blamed or maybe Brexit expensive charges but service becoming worse and worse

Stolen phone got refunded £20 it cost £60 tracked to Egypt how did it get their answer stolen phone and cable and charger all missing l complained to head office no replies thieving scum

absolute joke. havent received mail for 3 weeks now, no postman has even been in the area, i understand covid, but the last items i received were late xmas cards that were opened by, yes, employees of roysl mail, luckily there was no money in it. they need to just dissappear, theyre useless

Christmas card posted on the 12th of December 1st Class arrived today 14th Jan - also had 2 other Christmas cards arrive yesterday but couldn't see the date stamp. I know that you are having problems like other companies - but you seem to be in a real mess if it takes that long for 1st class post!!

What a truly terrible experience using this….The service was so, so bad, as was trying to navigate the website and various phone calls to try and make a complaint…Nightmare! I waited and watched for my parcel to be collected and then at 11.03 am I received an e mail stating they tried to but could not collect as there was no parcel in sight. bearing in mind I did not request form a safe place as I don’t have one. Besides, at this time I was outside working on my car and no way did anyone from Royal mail come! So, I had to then spend a half hour of my time and travel to take my package to the actual post office…Infuriating! So, back at home and at 12.04 my postman knocks with my post and asking for to collect my parcel…lol…He was as bemused as me how they could say they tried to collect…A totol untruth, What is going on?? So, 40 mins on hold to speak with customer service, = advised to make a claim online and that managers do not speak to customers wishing to complain, despite me asking for it to be escalated. Called back after discovering that my complaint is not possible to report or make a claim against in what is the mine field of their awful online platform. Another 50 mins on hold and then as soon as gave my ref’ they hung up. Then another 60+ mins , told the advisor I want to speak with a manager and escalate this matter, she rudely told me that managers do not speak to customers and promptly hung up on me…. AWFUL EXPERINCE. Gov’ needs to step in and sort this outfit out, its not on how its so badly managed.
