“This company delivers products that do not match the description and will refuse delivery once you pay to return it. I am so unbelievably dissatisfied with the product, company policy, and customer service. What a rip off.”

“Beautiful rug, but the rug was so tightly wound around a cardboard tube I am still trying to get dents out of it. I hope it is not permanent because of the packaging.”

“I ordered this rug so long ago (literally months ago) that I thought that I was a never to receive this item. Being that it still has not arrived, I suppose that is still a possibility. I don't think I will purchase from Rugs Done Right again because Clearly, I have a different perspective of what "Done Right" means...”

“I first contacted you via email and was.greatly assisted. I purchased a rug on line without any problems. However, your site wouldn’t allow me to purchase a compatible rug pad. Hence I had to purchase it elsewhere and. I never received an explanation as to why this occurred.”
