I ordered my rug in October but unfortunately the size I needed they were waiting for it to get to the warehouse. The girls were very helpful advising as to when they thought I would get it. Unfortunately it took almost three months for it to finally get to the warehouse. As I said I finally go it today and absolutely love it!!! Want to thank the girls for keeping in touch with me for months to let me know what was going on. I’m very appreciative of the workers !!! Thank you.

I was looking for something a little different and found a lovely abstract rug with splashes of teal not found on other sites. The entire process was easy, fast with great communications. Was worried after reading reviews, but glad I ordered from RugsDoneRight! The order did take 7 days, but between Christmas and Covid, that was great service!

Everything about this purchase was poor. The customer service is horrible. The lack of ability to speak with someone is even worse. The response to my emails was canned and unsympathetic to any customer needs.

I am super impressed on how fast the delivery was for this carpet!! It was so easy to order, it matched perfectly with the other two rugs we had in our kitchen, at a lower price too! Thank you so much!

I was very disappointed with one of the two pillows I initially ordered: Surya Trenza TZ-004 (the TZ-001 was fine). The blue is much brighter than shown in the photo. I could not make it work, so I returned it today after ordering another charcoal pillow Surya Trenza TZ-001. I had to pay $5.95 in shipping for the replacement pillow and $31.98 in shipping to return the awful blue Surya Trenza pillow. I was not allowed to simply mail the cover to exchange it for the charcoal. $37.93 in shipping for a $55.00 pillow when the color is not as shown does not make me feel appreciated even though your emails say otherwise.

I have not received the rug. I was told when I placed the order it would arrive before Christmas which was not necessary at all but set my expectations to receive it in late December. I had to pay before receiving the merchandise which is not ideal. When I inquired about the order online I was updated within a couple of days mainly told to be patient...but in a courteous fashion. The final time I inquired I was told it had been shipped. We’ll see. The website was user friendly.

This is "not" a bad review. These are difficult times. The Pandemic has certainly had an effect on shipping times. It took my order 6 months to complete. Arrived today, from an order last May. It was worth the wait. Rugs ( 2 ) are beautiful and no damage. The gal's in Customer Service were great keeping my spirits alive as each new delivery date seemed to come....and go. Great company with best in class customer service.

Delivery was very quick however I received the wrong rug. This was my second attempt to order from you. The first time I placed order and was notified that the rug could not be located in the warehouse???? Tried about a year later and I got the wrong rug???

Sadly, Rugs Done Right has been sorely lacking in communication and customer service. I ordered a small rug in early November and had to contact customer service twice to get updates on shipping. Had I known that the rug was coming directly from Tibet I probably wouldn’t have ordered it. I was told around the end of December that the rug was shipping soon. Here we are January 22 and I’ve tracked it as in Dubai. I’ve never had a call from customer service with any kind of apology.

excellent product, but due to the pandemic- the wait was terrible. I appreciate the efforts the company made. Sending periodic updates would be very helpful, and making it easier to talk to a real person would be appreciated.
