“I work in marketing/service communications, and I don't understand why this company would send a "how did we do" survey in an email acknowledging that I probably haven't gotten the item yet. (I haven't.) As a customer, I don't have full view into my full experience yet if I haven't received the item. Seems like a strange strategy and an over-communication, especially since up until now I received zero communications from the company letting me know that my order would not be fulfilled or shipped for a full month after I ordered it. But since you asked: I am frustrated that Rugs Done Right did not let me know my order would take a month to fulfill and ship. I read on BBB that other customers have had this experience, and it was because Rugs Done Right did not let customers know when the items they purchased were on backorder. I bought this rug intentionally from this company because it appeared to be in stock, but was on backorder everywhere else I had seen it online. I would not have purchased if I had known it was backordered, and it seems like it should be a requirement for companies to be transparent with customers about backordered items.”

“We were worried the rug would be too large & would clash with a cowhide rug I have in the entryway. We hesitated to open it for about 2 days & just couldn't stand to send it back without looking at it. We absolutely LOVE it. Beautiful, soft, perfect size, brings a little more color to the room, & does not clash with the cowhide rug. So soft. I would definitely recommend you consider this rug if your looking for one. There was only one problem. A string was pulled/snagged from the rug in one spot. We took pictures of it, but had to trim it off because we were afraid it would unravel. It seems ok for now. Hope it stays.”

“I called the company with questions, the Customer Service person was able to answer all my questions. The rug arrived quickly and it was beautiful. There were no problems with the rug! I would purchase from them again. I also did a comparison to other companies and the prices were very competitive.”

“Could not be more pleased with my 100% wool ‘artsy contemporary” area rug (first rug i’ve owned in 45 years as home owner) it is stunning & when i shared image with my social group they all agreed - i’ve really been tweaking my condo because of # of hours i spend inside during pandemic - this addition was a superb uplifting addition - like a piece of artwork for my floor”
