I have ordered from Rugs Done Right a couple of times. My first order was rapidly delivered, well packaged, with the colors exactly as pictured on the website. Although my second purchase is back-ordered because of its popularity, this company keeps me well informed on its estimated delivery date. My experience with customer service has been very favorable!

I absolutely love the rug but it has a really strong odor of mildew. Any suggestions? Fabreeze doesn’t work. Help!!

Everything went smoothly, and I am reserving the 5th star for when I receive my rug. So far, I have not had any indication of when it will arrive.

The single biggest issue is lack of communication on your website about lead time. Not understanding in stock status or any idea on required lead time is frustrating. I may have taken a different approach on my order my choosing a different rug if I had known at purchase time this rug would take so long to deliver. That said, I reached out to your customer service team and they were quick to respond and provide feedback and kept me aware of status.

Best of the best == best prices even before frequent discount incentives, and the most amazing customer service imaginable. I feel as if I became friends with a couple of support people that were beyond helpful, fantastic about both keeping tabs on the rug manuafacturer re inventory and shipping, and keeping me posted every inch of the way. Couldn't be happier!

I have been very pleased with your company! Although Covid has caused my rug to be delivered much later than I anticipated I was kept up to date on it whenever I inquired! And quickly! Thank you RugsDoneRight! You really do it right!! Thank you!!!

Amazing customer service! I purchased the wrong size accidentally and RDR quickly refunded my card and adjusted the order. Stark rug was ordered, updated and then shipped within 5 days! Unbelievable!

If it’s going to take 8 months to ship a product, maybe exercise a bit more communication than 1 at the 4 month mark and then 1 when you decide to ship. People change their minds in 8 months. Not happy woth your customer service AT ALL.

I am very pleased. Yes, the product I received is exactly what I ordered. I like it, it works where I wanted to put it, etc. But, even more important was the customer service. A company's reputation is based on customer service, and, in my case, there was a minor problem with shipping. When the rug wasn't received when I expected it, I called, and (a) immediately was connected to a representative - on site and not overseas - who took it on herself to check the records and with the shipping department. She found the problem, and followed up twice to make sure they shipped it. I would gladly do business with these folks again.

I thought I was scammed at first but, RugsDoneRight responded right away to my concerns. Got in contact with the manufacturer, RDR discovered that my hand-made rug was next in line for production. My international shipment was fast and RugsDoneRight has earned a repeat buyer! Looking forward to my next purchase!
