“Email communications regarding my order status seemed delayed and confusing. Shipping info has been null. Not even sure what is going on with my order and makes me feel like your site is unreliable.”

“I ordered this Item some months ago and your company accepted my order and then, some days later, I receivbed an email stating the item was on backorder until the end of next month. Now, I order an item, you tell me it has shipped, provide a bogus fedex number, and then when I contact you, you tell me that the item is on back until the end of next month. I think your company is an internet scam.”

“We ordered a runner more than six week ago, I didn’t get it yet, I wanted to ship the runner oversees and I told them the last call and the last day I can ship it oversees . After many calls they said we can ship it overnight and they made me pay $68 extra. Guess what no runner yet ! I didn’t receive anything, not even an apology, my experience with the rugsdonenotright at all is a nightmare I will never order from them ever..”

“Wish they made 3x5 size. I had to order a 2x3 size and will use it until I can find larger. one.The color and pattern are so perfect and I am eager to replicate it. Service was perfect. Would recommend them.”

“Funny you should ask. I ordered the rug on 1/25/21 and it's still not here. You get zero out of 5 stars from me. The pad came in 3 days and is still in the box.”

I'm sorry it seems you missed the posted ETA for this rug. The rug and pad orders you placed were two different orders so they have shipped separately. I'm glad the pad arrived before the rug.

“Business practices Not Done Right! Rugs Done Right charged me for the full amount on a rug and said I would soon be getting shipment information. I called 10 days later to inquire about status and was informed that the rug was on back order and would be several months. When I asked whether or not I would be credited on my card until the rug became available, I was told that if I did that I would “lose my place in line.” Had I not called, I still would not have heard anything. As a post-script, two days after my initial order, Rugs Done Right informed me that I didn’t order a pad. I placed a separate order and the shipped it two days later - for a rug that won’t arrive for months!”
