Bought 4 rugs. Most samples shipped on time (1 was back ordered). Every time customer service was contacted, the follow thru was excellent. We got discounts...yay. Nothing was damaged...yay. We’re buying from them again when another rug is needed. Don’t drop the ball..RDR.

Everything arrived on the time schedule they said. I also switched sizes about 2 weeks after I ordered and that process was surprisingly smooth. Finally, the customer service team was responsive, prompt, personal and helpful.

Very irritated. I reached out to customer service to find out when my rug was shipping after like, a month of waiting. Customer service told me it was getting ready to ship last week. Here we are a week later and no shipping information. Just cancel my order already.

While I was very disappointed to learn a rug that I ordered was no longer available from the manufacturer, Liz took great care of me sending me a few other options. After I sent her my second choice, she corrected the order for me!

I can never recommend this company to ANYONE, given your terrible return policy. I am stuck with a rug I can’t use and you wanted to take money from my return even though my shipping was supposedly free. Now I can’t even ship it back for less than $150. Terrible service and I am more than happy to share this on every social media outlet I can. Nobody should be out $250+ for a rug they can’t use.

The rug itself is a beautiful pattern. It’s power loomed and sort of thin, so doesn’t have a super high quality look. Delivery was delayed by over three months. Although I know this is common right now due to COVID, etc, I wasn’t given any updates nor could I find any in my tracking info. Once I reached out via email to the company, they did eventually get back with me to inform me of the updated shipping. The customer service team was courteous and helpful. However, I feel the shipping timelines should be more transparent from the get-go rather than informing the customer only after purchase of the extreme delay.
