“HI - I would have given you five stars - but your returns are not free and are mega-multi step - Contact you before returning, receive instructions to return, print out return label and affix to package, get it sent back within a specified amount of time, and don't forget! Send tracking information to Rugs Done Right. Ciompared to businesses like Amazon and Room and Board, it's Returns Done Awkward. The returns were so cumbersome, I decided not to order the rug. What would returning a whole rug because it's the wrong color be like? Would it be approved? What if it isn't? The simpler and friendlier you make sample returns, the more likely someone is going to purchase a rug. Carol Gray”

“I think this operation is a scam/fraud. The pillows I bought were darker then I expected and I could not return them. Customer service is non existent. I wrote a review of the pillows on the website over a week ago warning other customers that you can’t return and the color is darker and it still hasn’t been posted. Dreadful experience.”

“when I ordered rug it was out of stock not on Clarence. You sent me two . I thought I had waited long enough. I only ordered one rug and you did not check to see if I wanted rug still. You just sent. Now I am stuck with two rugs I don't want. I will not deal with you again”

“This was my first purchase with RugsDoneRight and I was very pleased with the excellent customer service I received and the prompt delivery of my rug. I ordered the "Coralina" rug by Stanton carpets. This same rug was double in price at other rug outlets and companies.”

“RugsDoneRight had information about clearance rugs in the Returns section of the website but as a person who purchased 4 clearance rugs for almost $1000 the normal workflow did not caution me that the rugs could not be returned. I understand that it's my mistake but I would not recommend RugsDoneRight to a friend”

“We are pleased with how RugsDoneRight packaged the carpets for shipment. There were two orders placed to find out if we liked the rugs and each one came on time and in good condition. All three carpets were easy to lay flat and didn't stay curled on the ends for more than a day.”

“I had an issue over the rug I wanted taking 10 weeks longer to deliver than originally thought. Your customer service was right on it and within 24 hours I had a different size ordered and shipped. I expect delivery tomorrow (2 days later and on a Sunday no less!). I am impressed and hope to love this rug as much as I think I will!”

“I love my new Teagan Rug. The colors are beautiful, soft gray, soft brown. Depending on which way you lay the rug, it can appear lighter or darker. The only complaint is that the corners are still curling up.”

“I cancelled my order on 3/15 after a month of waiting. i found another rug in the mean time. Was expecting a response within three days and hadn’t received one as of this morning 3/18. I pulled up my order to find that the order had been fulfilled on 3/16. Honestly, I was concerned that with the three day window of response that my order would be filled rather than cancelled. Contacted via live chat and received an auto response to fill out a cancellations request which I had already done. “Chatted” with a customer service rep (who was very professional) and she relayed that I hadn’t been contacted because they were waiting for a tracking number because the rug had already been put on a truck. At this point I have no choice but to receive the rug, return it with an RMA and absorb the shipping cost both ways. A frustrating experience.”
