I can’t remember the woman’s name that helped me decide on color etc. she was so nice and so helpful. Answered all my questions. I probably would not have been able to make the decision without her. She was terrific. Definitely 5 star service from her !!!

I'm so pleased with my rug! I also did not order due to other bad reviews. Do not make that mistake! The rug is absolutely perfect and shipped much faster than I even expected. I will absolutely use Rugs Done Right in the future!

Very disappointed. Ordered rug months ago. Still haven’t received it. Starting to think this is a scam and I will certainly put this info on Facebook if I don’t get my rug soon. I will also report it to The Better Business Bureau.

My rug was going to be delayed by almost two months. Needless to say, I was not pleased. However, all of that changed when I communicated with Ali, an extremely competent and caring customer service representative. Yes, I did say caring! From my first email with Ali to a personal call she left on my cell telling me my rug was on the way and although she had sent me an email already, she just wanted to leave me a message, it was obvious to me that this is an employee who cares about doing her job well and really represents what all purchasers want when they contact the customer service department. Rugs Done Right, do not let Ali go!

Order placed November 23, 2020. Its April 8, 2021, still haven’t received it. Any initiation of communication about the status of this order came from me. Never received an email about the order status, estimation of delivery, ANYTHING, unless I emailed or called them. I was charged for it though back in November! If this company wants even a 1 star rating they need to invest in communication and only charge when shipped. I would have given a 0, but there is not that option. Yesterday, I just received a notification from my Shop app that it was shipped, but not from the company after... almost 5 months. I can’t comment on the quality of the rug because I don’t have it yet.

My price match was rejected because it wasn’t over $500. Either you price match or you don’t. Advertising a 110% price match isn’t true and is misleading to customers. The customer service was also very poor. The people were not nice nor helpful.

I ordered a rug online that appeared to be gray- it was called "arctic ice". The rug that arrived was labeled "sea blue" and was vivid blue in color. I contacted the company about exchanging for a neutral color, and they instructed me to send it back at my cost even though I was exchanging for another rug. When I contacted them about this, they said that Jaipur sent me the correct rug (?). They still provided no shipping label, instead telling me that yes, I had to pay to send it back. The shipping cost is about 30% of the rug itself.

I had yo pay $330 extra in taxes & duty. This charge should have been on the original invoice. Had i known about this extra expense i would have not placed the order.
