“The quality, designs and workmanship of the Momeni New Wave rugs are superb. I love them so much that I’ve gotten four. The first three have been in the living room getting lots of traffic for six years, and they look as new. Really, there aren’t any like them.”

“After being yanked around for 3 months by One Kings Lane we decided to use Rugs Done Right. The lady who answered the phone was pleasant, helpful and a breathe of fresh air. We received our rug perfectly !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Very poor! Ordered on a Sat afternoon. Received email, delivery 1/2 months. Cancelled Sunday, the next day. Called on the following day, Monday to verify cancellation . Had to leave message on recorder, no one called me back. Later that day (Monday) rug had shipping label created. Called back late Monday to have shipment stopped. Was told I would have to speak to someone who had already left for the day. Noon here ( Tuesday, no call back from your company.”

“Incorrect time line for arrival of product. Even after contacting customer service I was told rug would ship first week of April. It shipped on April 22. The website said when I ordered it would be 1 to 3 weeks. I ordered the rug around March 10. I have since found the rug at a less expensive price on another site I will be using them next time. I'm a realtor and interior designer and trusted I was being told the truth. Obviously not.”

“I received the rug in one week and was totally expected. The price was significantly lower than a name brand catalog for same rug. I highly recommend Rugs done right.”

“Photos were misleading: I'm not usually one to complain or write negative reviews... however I just spent 300 dollars on a rug only to be disappointed when I received it and saw that the color was nothing like what was shown in the ad. I purchased the "Anji Mountain Bamboo Rug, Co. Traditional Bamboo AMB0085 Cobblestone Rug". In the photos on the website, it appears to be very orange/red, however, the actual rug looks nothing like that. It's more of a mahogany/maroon. The only reason I spent the extra money on their site was for the particular color I saw in the photos. If I wanted what I had received, I would have shopped elsewhere as I saw that many sites carried rugs in that finish at a better price. I would attach photos to my review, but it will not allow me to do so.”

“After much deliberation I contacted Rugs Done Right inquiring about a rug order. I was contacted immediately by a rep and informed of the shipment time time and encouraged to be patient. Patience is a virtue that I'm short of but it paid off. The rep informed me my order is on its way sooner than expected! She was very personable in her e-mails which I appreciated.”
