“Was supposed to come in less than two weeeks then it took over a month (still haven't received it). It took forever to ship with no communication whatsoever. Then when I reached out I was told an inaccurate date and offered no compensation for the madness.”

“The rugs are beautiful and pricing was incredible, however delivery was a disaster....I was call by a delivery service and was told I had to be home for the delivery.I changed my day to be home for the delivery and the late mopping of the delivery was called and informed it was canceled......so a week and a half later I was called on a Saturday out of the blue, the rugs were being delivered that afternoon. Came around 3 in the afternoon and of course it was raining and I had them put in the garage...signed off on the delivery......a couple hours later I went to move the rugs and realized the plastic was torn and ripped to shredded on both upon further inspection one of the rugs was severely soiled.....at that point as I went to look at the paper work and read that i needs to claim upon delivery. I had the rug cleaned as i really love it and knew I would get any help.”

“I bought three rugs from this company. My 7' rug is beautiful. The colors and design are vibrant and colorful. The picture does not do justice to the beauty of the rug. This rugs was deliver on time and I am writing about both orders, since I did not get a request for the first order. My second order was late and I order them a month after I received my first order. Rather than buy two 2'3' area rugs to match the larger rug, I purchased two black area rugs to lay by the entrance to the room with the larger carpet and one to go under my computer chair. The black color is bold with pale white oval circles to match the larger oval circles in the large gray/black and orange rug. I chose the same material, wool for all three carpets. The variety of available carpet designs, materials and prices are a plus. I received my large carpet on time. I had to call the company about my second order. After calling the company, the delayed carpets were immediately sent. There was no reason for the delay. My only suggestion to "RugsDoneRight," may be to send an e-mail to the customer notifying the buyer of a delay of the delivery and the possible future date to expect the of delivery. If not for this delay, I would have given the company five stars.”

“The website worked fine, but after-purchase support and updates on delayed shipments could have been miuch better. I had to write in for updates on a couple of occasionds, always receiving a new delivery date. While the custoner servicde support staff was always couteous, kind and generally helpful, it would have been better service if I had been informed when when delivery dates were missed. Came very close to cancelling the order.”

“I am so very happy that I found “Rugs Done Right!” Every step of the process of purchasing my “Kalleen”rugs was incredibly easy! I ordered the rugs on Sat. night & the rugs were in my home 4 days later !!!!! Unbelievable service! I priced these rugs at a furniture store, I paid half the price at “Rugs Done Right!!!! I highly recommend this company!”

“Poor communication, waited over two months and had to contact them to see where my order stood. After I was told it would be another couple of weeks, I tried to cancel my order. Ironically, I received a text the next day stating my rug was being shipped so I couldn’t cancel. I feel this company is deceptive and does still stand by its product. I am extremely disappointed in their service.....or lack of.”
