“I was concerned there had been a problem with my order as it was over a month and I heard nothing from you about an order delay. I called and there was a prompt response. The rep I spoke with was very helpful...she contacted the manufacturer and learned there was a production back up and it be rectified soon. Then I heard nothing for about 2 weeks... started to wonder if there was another problem, when Surprise! I got a message it was delivered! Love the rug.”

“I've had such a smooth experience purchasing and exchanging rugs with Rugs Done Right! I thought I wanted a smaller rug, but turns out, I needed a bigger size and it was a breeze to work with customer service to get the more appropriate sized rug for my space sent out & return the one I originally bought.”

“I ordered a rug labeled "closeout." It arrived and I didn't care for it. I emailed the company to ask about returning it. A day later they responded by telling me that I couldn't return it because it was a closeout. Sure enough, I went back and read the very fine print and it said that closeouts weren't returnable. Fair enough, but I don't recall ever ordering anything online that wasn't returnable that wasn't clearly marked *Final Sale.* Rugs Done Right needs to CLEARLY label all non-returnable items FINAL SALE.”

“Awful experience. No indication that my rug was out of stock at time of purchase, then multiple lies from customer service regarding when I would receive it. Took 4 months to arrive, could have received it from Amazon in 2 days. I understand shipping delays, but communication is essential and none was provided without me pestering. Will never use this company again.”

“Nice, quality rug at great price (saved over $200 compared to online competitor offering identical rug). Easy shopping experience. Only hiccup is the rug colors are a shade lighter than that shown in photos (both online and in the flyer sent with the rug), though not a problem for our use. Very pleased overall.”

“I placed an order and had to wait almost 2 months when the site never mentioned about the one. When I got the rug I realized it’s the wrong size and I was asked to pay for the return shipping.”
