“I had a few questions. I called Rugs Done Right. I live on the West Coast and their offices, which I believe are on the East Coast, we’re closed. I left my name and number and the very next morning I got a phone call from one of their representatives, who answered all of my questions and was very informative. I really appreciate your customer service.”

“We purchased a 9x12 Tayse rug. We inquired about returning the rug because it was to large for the room. We wanted to exchange for the same rug but (2)7x10 10x3 rugs. Would not waive $50 dollar shipping and we are required to pay shipping back in addition! Awful customer service! We weren’t even given the option to talk to a real person! We will leaving a bad review and never order from you again!”

“I have purchased two rugs for Rugs Done Right and both transactions went well. Bot rugs are very nice. I was able to order samples, which I could return, which really helped with the selection. I would definitely use them for my future rug needs.”

“Very frustrated that I haven’t received any updates on shipping with my rug. I had to email to receive any news and even then I still haven’t received a straight answer on when my rug is arriving. It’s been almost a full month since I’ve ordered.”

“Unfortunately, the rug I ordered did not look as it did in the picture. The color was off (royal blue instead of seafoam green) and I had to pay $52 to return the rug because they were out of the replacement rug I wanted. I had ordered a rug previously and was quite happy with it so I ordered again, but am not happy about paying half the price of the rug to mail it back.”

“Although the prices were very good and the rug quality and appearance are excellent, my rating is based on the delayed delivery and lack of communication about my order. The order was placed in October with an expected delivery date of November. I was not contacted about any delay so I initiated the contact. It was only then that I was informed that due to the pandemic, the rug delivery would be another 6-8 weeks. After that timeframe, which was now the end January, I once again heard nothing. After initiating another contact, I was informed the rug would be shipped in 2 weeks. It finally arrived the first week of February. The process was very frustrating due to the lack of communication, but the product is lovely.”
