“Your web site was the only web site in which I could find the exact rug I was looking for. You see, we already own the rug we just purchased and it is wearing out, it's in the kitchen and gets walked on constantly.We were happy to find the exact rug in the dimension we needed. Thank you”

“I ordered two rugs from you. I received a confirmation of the order with a note telling me you would notify me when the rugs shipped. After two plus weeks I called to check the status only to find out one of the rugs was out of stock. The fist and smaller rug was in stock but hadn’t shipped because both rugs weren’t available. I was told the second rug was on it’s way but it would be another three weeks before the container arrived. Five weeks later I followed up again to find out the status. I was told the rug was in and would ship early the following week. My point here is that when I placed the order you should of known one was out of stock and there would be a wait. From there on the communication was because I initiated it not Rugs done right. Feel like I would still be waiting if I hadn’t called.”

“Love my new rugs for my kitchen. Vibrant colors and soft under the feet. A tad concerned because they seem to be shedding/pulling and only had them a couple of weeks.”

“Ordered rug on January 8th and account debited that day. It is now Janurary 278th and no update on status of shipment! Poor customer service and followup! Cancelling my order today and send me my money back. Will NEVER order from your company again and will advise others accordingly!”

“The customer service reps I dealt with were very nice and helpful, but I am very disappointed that I purchased and paid for a rug only to be told it was no longer available after I inquired. I would have been disappointed either way, but I wonder if I hadn’t asked if I just never would have received it.”

“I was assured that the sample could be returned free of charge but I had to pay $18 to return it. I was misled by the representative who took my order.”

“Will never purchase from this company again. I found the rug cheaper and canceled the order and two weeks later rug shipped and would not allow a return. The cancelation was received and 2 responses sent would initiate. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!”
