“I ordered a rug in November and as of today still have not received it. I must have called 7 times about the status. I believe it has finally shipped but if I knew this I would have purchased elsewhere. However, the people who answer the phone are nice but did not have the information I wanted.”

“The price was amazing, and it was worth the wait. We ordered our rug months ago, and it just arrived about a week ago (due to COVID 19). Although it took a long time due to the National Pandemic, the company stayed in touch with us through email and even called to give us timely updates on the status of the order. Had they not done that, I'm not sure that we would have stuck it out. Thank you for your excellent customer service and wonderful product. We are highly satisfied with the end result!”

“Everyone there kept telling me my order will ship the middle of January then was told 7 to 8 weeks when I ordered i received them last week seems no one knows what's going on there will not order from here again”

“I needed a few of the same small rug to hold in reserve, in case the one we currently use as a doormat needs replacing. (We had our entry door painted to coordinate with one of the colors, and if we had to change rugs, we might have had to have the door repainted!). This rug is pretty much discontinued except for two sizes, and RugsDoneRight had them, when no other rug website seemed to. I was thrilled to be able to find them before they were totally gone!”

“Even though I had to wait a few weeks for the 2nd part of my order, I am totally satisfied, not only with the rug, but customer service. They were very prompt at answering all my questions that concerned the delay. I was reassured every step of the way as to the progress of the order. The rug was delivered on time according to the most recent update. Thank you RugsDoneRight!”
