“i HAVE SEEN KALEEN RUGS IN HOMES WE HAVE STAYED IN WHILE ON VACATIONS. I ORDERED A SMALL ONE FOR IN FRONT OF FIREPLACE & WILL BE LOOKING FOR ROOM SIZE IN THE FUTURE. THESE ARE BEAUTIFUL TO LOOK AT & OTHERS SAY THEY ARE VERY LONG LASTING.”

“You need to keep customers updated on items that are back ordered. Don’t charge before items are available-you have had our money for two months and we have nothing yet. It would be nice to be able to speak to a customer service representative rather than fill out a form.”

“While I like the rugs I ordered, getting a return refunded or getting the correct rug shipped to me has been nothing short of frustrating! Part of this was the lack of response by Homespice the supplier.”

“They told me my order did not go through so I tried again the next day. Ended up with 2 of the same order and they expected me to send second rig back on my own dime. They should have investigated that first order went through before telling me it didn’t. Poor customer service and bad business ethics. Would not use them again”

“Awesome rug. Locally at retail store, this rug is priced at $399; I ordered same rug online for $242 plus free shipping. Excellent service. I will say that I was expecting a much smaller pattern as shown online, however I love it as it is.”

“It took a while to ship. It’s too short! I’m not sure if I will be able to use it or not! I may have to order another and piece it together. My hallway is longer. I’m not sure if it was a good idea to order a rug online!”

“I love this rug - it is to extend a grouping of 2 of the same. I am impressed by your product line. However, your service stinks. The order was from October - I got notice today that it is on the way. Frankly, I thought I imagined the whole thing and have already made do with another, similar rug for winter decorating. Will not buy from you again.”
