“I think it's deceptive that you don't show out-of-stock items as such on your site. I checked out with no idea the item was on back order, only heard after 1 month that it was going to take another 2 months to ship, it was then further delayed another full month (which I only found out about when I reached out again). While I understand Covid has affected supply chains, the lack of communication and transparency is what makes my experience with your site feel particularly scammy.”

“I have asked this question to you before. I ordered my rug before I need it in April. I have not unwrapped it nor will until April. If I’m not happy at that time, April, may I return at that time?”

“The carpet/rug is great! I was a bit concerned as I am a touch it before you buy it kind of person and coloring can be distorted online...but it is great.!”

“Just received the rug yesterday and it is a good quality fabric from top to bottom , very pleased with the rug I’ve never ordered online this big of a purchase not knowing the look and feel like when you are at a store . I would purchase again from RugsDoneRight From start to delivery everything was easy . Was always kept up to date with the rug and when the delivery would arrive and the time frame was easy for my schedule And the delivery was also professional they arrived with a text when they where 15 minutes from your home so you would ready on your end .”

“Horrible customer service. Placed an order for an item and the same item dropped in price a few days later. Contacted support about it and was told I would need to ship the entire rug back at my cost and repurchase to get the new price instead of just having the difference in price refunded to me like every other retailer on the planet. I was also told the rug was out of stock and would not arrive until February if I did this, even though the website reflected the item as in stock. Extremely unlikely that I (or anyone in my circle for that matter) will ever make another purchase.”

“My experience with Jessica in the Customer Service Department was excellent. She was knowledgeable, helpful and willing to research the rug I was interested in purchasing. I received the rug when scheduled and am very pleased. I would definitely order any other carpet needs from RugsDoneRight!”

“I never do reviews but this one has to happen! I will never use or recommend Rugs Done Right again. I purchased a small rug that I couldn’t check to see if it worked until we got to our cabin 12 days after it arrived. I was ONE day past the ridiculous return time frame. The woman I exchanged emails with was rude. Only option was an exchange for the exact same price. I found the same rug (different color) I wasn’t thrilled with but went ahead and asked for the exchange- she wouldn’t let me exchange It as she said the price had to be the EXACT same-and the rug I found was the EXACT same rug but different color- I had purchased the original carpet with a small discount on line which was no longer offered when I had to make the “exchange” again, ridiculous! Never purchase from this difficult company! She threw every stumbling block possible to ensure the rug couldn’t be returned. Brutal customer service!”

“I had an excellent experience with their Customer Service personnel. I first used the chat feature to ask if the rug I wanted was in stock and ready to ship, and I received a response within a minute of asking. I was also provided a discount code for my purchase, which was awesome. A couple days after placing my order, I inquired about an expected shipment date, and Ali was quick to reply and provide me with information. She also offered to give me updates at any point in the process if I wanted, which I thought was generous of her. I had a wonderful experience with this company and recommend them to others.”
