“I decorate model homes and have used your company before. I like your website. It is easy to use, and I have been pleased with the products before. I feel your prices are in my budget. I did try a new fiber "viscose" in a rather expensive white rug ($1,100). It felt and looked beautiful, but after the parade of homes I had it cleaned, and it didn't look any better than before if was cleaned. My last order was for a replacement rug to change out the expensive one for an affordable polyester rug that I think will clean up better.”

“Good luck trying to return anything. It’s been two weeks and still haven’t heard from them. The very first rug I ordered from them was a $5,000 dollar rug. The fork lift operator ran the forks through it and destroyed it”

“The rug is beautiful. Exact size we needed. 4 stars because It took a while to arrive. Also, no notice of arrival date beforehand. The driver threw it on my front steps. It was very heavy. Fortunately it didn’t rain that day, and we were in town.”

“Since I have not received the rug, I can't comment on that, but the overall experience of ordering online was very good. No complaints. I also like the fact I was notified by email when the item shipped, but not bombarded with emails trying to sell me something else.”
