“I sent you a reply a few minutes ago. The rugs have been wet and smell of mildew. I’m trying to air them out but it doesn’t seem to help. What are my options at this point. They are smelling up our new home. Thanks. Steve”

“I recently purchased an area rug from you and am EXTREMELY pleased. High Quality product very well made and looks great!!! The construction of the rug is most appealing. I was replacing another expensive rug that did not have the added reinforcement around the outside edges and the vacuum shredded the corners of the rug. Very disappointed. THAT will not happen with your rug.”

“User friendly website. Very easy to order. Pricing was confusing picture stated 45 or 48 dollars but the cart said 70+ dollars. Also tracking order is a pain and is not user friendly. Have not received the order yet.”

“I ordered the rug many months ago. (May, I believe). I only received one email saying it had arrived but was not made to your standards. Just this week I received another text saying it’s on the way. (November). Considering it’s an outside rug for our deck I don’t know that we’ll use it soon!”

“I still have not received my rug. I ordered it almost two months ago and it still has not arrived. For weeks I had no communication from the company. I had to call several times until someone was able to tell me what was going on. Now it looks like my rug was shipped, but still has not been delivered. Very disappointing. I hope when the rug arrives all this hassle will have been worth it.”
