“If rugs are not available when the order is placed, you should let the purchaser know that and agree to wait before you charge them. I paid for my rugs in full but did nor receive them for more than 4 months. I was given several delivery schedules that didn’t happen. I had to take the initiative to get info, because it wasn’t forthcoming from Rugs Done Right”

“Expensive rug, cheap quality. I was going to exchange to a larger size but the quality isn’t worth the cost. I’ll probably just keep the bamboo rug I received because I assume the defects in the smaller size will also be present in the larger size. Also, customer service was kind of rude with their reply when I requested the tracking number. Will not shop again, would not recommend.”

“I was skeptical about ordering a large rug online without actually seeing the colors in person. When I received the rug, it was exactly what was pictured online. I love the rug. My only suggestion would be to have regular updates about the shipping and when it would arrive.”

“Commutation and timeliness have been very poor. I ordered the rug July 13th and just received it on November 9th. It was supposed to be here by the end of July. It was supposedly back ordered but I never received an email stating that fact. I submitted three requests and each time the arrival date was the end of the month. The end of October it still wasn’t here so I called in November and it then finally was shipped.”

“This was my first purchase from RDR and it was a seamless purchase. What I liked was the fact I received a reminder email that I forgot to purchase a rug pad. (IMO it would have been great if that could happen at checkout because I couldn’t use the first time buyers coupon) Anyway, I reached out to a representative and they gave me another coupon to use for the pad. I look forward to my rugs arrival.”

“I had this rug on order with one of your competitors last November. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged. I didn’t want to wait another 8 weeks so I started shopping around. Your website in January said you had the rug in stock. I called to confirm the inventory and was insured it would ship right away. When it didn’t arrive, I called back and was told it was the wrong rug and that it would be 8 weeks to get a new one. Eight weeks turned into eleven months. Each time I called, I was given a different excuse and a new delivery date that was never met. I was told you were a preferred vendor and would get priority fulfillment of the order. I was also told that since I waited so long, it would ship from the warehouse as soon as it arrived. None of this was true.”

“I have not received my rug order as of yet but I was notified that my order is on the way which is fantastic news. When I called customer service with questions regarding the rugs I wanted I received all the information I was asking for. Very pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to shop again.”

“I have not received it yet; however, I will say that the customer service has been outstanding. My original order ended up being out of stock, but someone quickly let me know and helped me get something else that will easily serve the purpose I need it for. It was really, really quick response time, and very helpful”

“SO, let me start with the good. The rug is just adorable and everything I thought (and hoped!) it would be. Looks great in the space and the quality is good. The bad: the shipping time was just atrocious with terrible communication from the company. After weeks and weeks of no word, I emailed and was told the warehouse was out of the size I ordered. Huh? But then magically, a rug showed up a few days later. I supposed all's well that ends well, but I would not order from this company again. Cute rug but not worth the hassle.”
