“The rug when if finally arrived (6 months later) is made from wool and is beautiful. I knew it would be a bit longer than usual because of Covid, however, it was delayed 3 times. When I contacted RugsDoneRight they did replied promptly and was apologetic. Will I order from them again? Most likely.”

“I can’t say enough about the tug I received, it is absolutely gorgeous with vibrant greens, burgundy, rust and wheat colors, it arrived earlier than expected in perfect condition. What can I say, I’m in love with this rug”

“You said I hope I am enjoying my rug -- I am not. It was ordered a month ago, and when I checked last week, I was told it was apparently "lost." It was going to be re-ordered but might take another 4 weeks. So, I am not enjoying my rug.”

“I should have been told when ordering that this rug was not in stock. I ordered and paid for this small rug 6 mos ago and have had no updates from you as to when it might possibly be delivered. Not good customer relations.”

“My yellow gingham check rug is just what I wanted! I read other reviews where the buyer thought the rug looked dirty and that there were areas without loops of wool....however, I am a fiber artist and I understand that I dyed natural wool from a “white” sheep looks off-white in color, not bright white. The “white” in this rug is a natural off-white. Also, the only sparse looking parts were from the way the rows of hooking got compacted when rolled up and shipped. I unrolled it, saw how those lines looked sparse, simply rubbed the rug here and there with my foot, and it was fine. You could also vacuum it to get it all brushed. Overall, it’s the size and style I needed for my space. I’m pleased.”
