“As I submitted, rug and packaging had a moldy odor. Rug looks pretty and intact. Hope smell goes away.”

“I’m still furious with your business! I needed to return a rug because the colors didn’t work. I wanted to keep things positive so I asked to exchange for another rug. I talked to a customer service person who told me I needed to pay to return. The bill was 1/2 of the cost of the rug. I read that you paid shipping if I exchanged. Then I was told my purchase had to be $500 or more. I returned a rug to another store and they sent me a label with a cost of $9. Businesses need to pass on their great rates to their customers. I’m SO done with your horrible policies. I wish that I could choose, NO stars!”

“I have ordered three rugs through this company. They are always prompt in getting back to me, helpful and well informed. Good quality rugs. Sometimes the rugs are not as fast getting here as things I've ordered through Amazon, but then most places are not.”

“The rug is beautiful and I am very happy with it! However I didn’t realize it would take 2 months to arrive. It does help that whenever I inquired about it, the reply was timely and informative. So, if you aren’t in a huge hurry, I recommend RDR.”
