“Communication wasn’t great on when my rug would ship or arrive for that matter. I had to call to get the delivery date. Once my rug arrived and I unrolled it I realized it had been previously used. It had bird poop on the bottom and dirt inside along with at least 5 pull marks, and the edge was frayed. I contacted RDR and they agreed to send me a new rug. The staff were helpful and friendly. Rug manufacturer was likely the one to blame for shipping a used or perhaps returned rug. However I had to request return date after new rug was delivered and I had to ask for some accommodation to be made for the inconvenience. Nothing was offered until I asked.”

“Although they detected a flaw before shipping my rug and they reordered a replacement, communication was very poor on updated delivery.”

“The rug I ordered was what I was expecting it to be. It looked as it did in the picture online. It was shipped quickly and took a couple of days for the edges to lay flat but after it lays beautifully now.”

“Love the rugs. feel nice under feet for being inside/outside rugs. They lay so nice and flat after being sent rolled. Although I was sent an extra rug that I didn't order. I called about a week or so ago and haven't heard back yet what to do. So would like to hear back about that.”

“Order #8816509. I ordered this rug weeks ago and understood the rug was in stock and would reach my door in days. It has been weeks. I am moving and was just told by your shipper Pilot that the rug won’t be out for delivery for yet another week and can only be delivered to the address you gave them. So I guess I am in quite a dilemma. Rugs Done Right got my money weeks ago and I have no rug!! I am very upset because I have made numerous calls to you and been assured that this rug would reach me by October 9, 2020.”

“Ordered a rug..no updates on delivery for two weeks. When I finally asked for an update....miraculously I received an email the next day...item us supposedly arriving in 3 days. So, did my order just get overlooked? No mention of any issues when I ordered. Let's see if it shows up!!!! Poor customer service....and charged for shipping. Everything I have ordered online, which has been quite a bit had been free shipping. So, not really too impressed with your service.”

“We are building a new home and had ordered a rug recently. I was extremely pleased with the delivery time frame and shipment. So much so that I decided to order another runner for our home. However, RugsDoneRight was priced $75.00 more than another online source. So I requested a price match on the website. I listed the websites, the cost, the size, the color. Two days later I received an email requesting what size I was looking for. I replied. Two days after that I received an email stating RDR could not price match a rug under $250. (even though the cost was $310.00) I was not going to go back and forth with emails, so I decided to just order with the other web company. Disappointed that my price match request was not understood. I feel if you are going to investigate a price match, you should have all the details from the request before you contact the customer. Just was not handled professionally, in my opinion. We have other rugs to order and I'm not sure if I will use RDR in the future.”
