“The website was easy to navigate. check out was quick and super fast. I am excited and can’t wait to receive my new rug for my living room. The price was cheapest online compared to local stores. Definitely recommend.”

“Love the rug!!! It is just what I expected, color, size and pattern. It makes my living room lighter and more beautiful! Every part of ordering was easy and I had to call to discus the correct size for the pad and the phone person was friendly and helpful. The only issue and it was not a problem was the tracking of delivery. The tracking showed it was still waiting to be flown to my city and yet it arrived early. I would use them again. Very highly satisfied.”

“Buyer beware. Here's my timeline: 07/11/20- ordered a rug. Pretty happy with the style, quality, price, etc. 08/08- emailed customer service because I still hadn't received any notifications about my order. 08/10- customer service responds and tells me it will ship "on or before 08/31" 09/02- emailed customer service again requesting update 09/03- customer service responds "We expect this to ship on or before 09/11" 09/11- email a third time for an update 09/14- Customer service: "...this Is scheduled to ship on or before 09/17" 09/14- I respond to customer service that this timeline is unacceptable- either the product is available in stock or not, if not, then I want to cancel order and get refund 09/15- Customer service forwards my message to manufacturer 09/17- I call customer service. Customer service cannot tell me anything about my order. When I tell them to cancel it, suddenly she can find all order information. 09/18- I receive notification that the order still has not shipped 09/22- I receive notification that the order has shipped 09/24- order delivered If it's acceptable to you to wait nearly 12 weeks for an order to be delivered, Rugs Done Right might be good for you. If it's acceptable to you to receive false information multiple times from a company regarding your order, Rugs Done Right might be good for you. If you're a fairly reasonable person- just go ahead and order from any other national rug supplier, where they promise (and literally deliver on that promise!) for delivery within two days.”

“Loloi Isle mist colored rug is fabulous. Was going to put the 9x12 on my lanai, but it is so stylish and good looking, that I now have it in my family room! I highly recommend it!”

“The rug delivery was delayed a bit delayed. Unfortunately, the rug did not work out for the space intended. We wanted to mail it back and have since found out it will cost more than we paid for the rug to return it within the timeframe allotted. Therefore, we are out the $230 we paid for it. That’s the downside to shopping online & not researching the return policy beforehand. As a result, we will not be shopping with RugsDoneRight again.”

“We bought a rug that we wanted to return only to be told it was a clearance item and could not be returned. No where was this marked as a clearance item. This company is dishonest and we will never buy from them again. I am out $250.. for a rug I cannot use and do not want. Shame on them, a complete rip-off”

“Great selection and prices, excellent communication re delivery. I searched several rug suppliers for this particular rug set and didn't find it until here, with exceptional prices. The set goes perfectly with my new wallpaper, both pattern and color, and it's very well made and soft. Thank you for a great online experience and a quality product.”

“Decent experience with RDR, only complaint is that my rug was delayed and no one reached out to tell me. I had to follow up a number of times to the point that I was worried RDR was a scam and that I was getting ripped off.”

“I truly love the rug that I received....over three months after I placed my order. The customer service was horrible with absolutely no update during the entire process up till 2 weeks prior to receiving it. And that possible ship date STILL wasn’t “confirmed”. Finally got the rug. Will say it’s exactly what I wanted but I would steer clear of this company.”
