“The rug I ordered was not delivered to me. The rug that I received was unacceptable to me; however, a member of my family accepted the rug. Trying to sort out the issue with Rugs DoneRight was a nightmare, requiring multiple emails and several hours of my time. I would not purchase from RugsDoneRight again.”

“RugsDoneRight carries such an expansive selection of rugs at competitive prices. My husband and I were looking for the right rug for our living room and found it on this site at a great price compared to anywhere else! Covid-19 has slowed things down for most businesses and manufacturing, but their customer service was able to get back with me on the ETA for our rug. Very friendly and helpful. Definitely will keep this place in mind for our future purchases! Love that it is run by women!”

“I have a small room in my house where I make wine for myself and my church. I decided to put an area rug on the floor. I wanted two, one rectangular and the other was round. As I was looking I found "Rugs Done Right". I was looking for a rug with some type of wine design, when I saw it, it was perfect! Then came the price. I thought I never could afford the sizes I wanted. I couldn't be more incorrect! When I saw the price, I bought it right away. It now lays on my floor and accentuates the wine décor perfectly. If you need it, Rugs Done Right has it and they insure it's "done right!". Archbishop Tony”

“We orderd a large area rug for our new home and found out 4 weeks later there was a shipping concern. RugsDoneRight were absolutely wonderful in making everything work out to our satisfaction. We would definitely purchase from them again and again. The new rug will be shipped in the next 2 weeks. Thank you Jamie”

“I ordered a small rug for the indoor front entrance to my home. It was the correct size but the pile was too high for the front door to pass over it. This rug, however, was so beautiful that I didn't want to return it, so I've decided to put it in my kitchen instead. It looks great and the colors are really stunning.”

“1st time customer - Purchased Rug through rugs done right. When arrived, it was not the quality we thought it would be and requested a return label. When told it was clearance only - final sale, we explained we never purchase anything that way, let alone at this price level. We offered to pay the return shipping out of our pocket even to finish the transaction And were told nothing could be done. Will never purchase from rugs done right even again and will be posting online reviews to make sure no one else makes the same mistake to work with this site given the Poor customer service. Even if it was a mistake, to not attempt to work with a new customer is unforgivable.”
