“We ordered a rug from RugsDoneRight. The colors in the rug didn't work for us. When we tried to return it, the company responded that because it was a clearance item it was nonrefundable. We just looked at the clearance page and we don't see where it makes clear that clearance item is nonrefundable.”

“The website worked perfectly. But I've had a lot of issues every since I've placed the order. After I placed the order, I didn't receive any updates. I had to reach out their customer service which they then told me the rug would take over a month to arrive. The month came and went without any issue and still did not arrive. I reached back out and only received an update on the shop app with a tracking number which stated it was invalid. I called customer service after the tracking number didn't work and they said the tracking number would work tomorrow. It worked tomorrow because they updated the tracking number. It is supposed to arrive tomorrow, honestly at this point very worried about quality. Won't know till it arrives.”

“I love the rug I got but the experience of getting it was pretty miserable. Ordered a rug on May 8 and there was no indication on website at all that it would be shipping from overseas and takes months to arrive (though there was a small note about small delays due to COVID, which was totally understandable). Every time I emailed for an update I got a different story and told that I would get Fedex shipping days in the next 10 days. Rug finally came in late August, almost 4 months after original order. Customer service was very nice every time I emailed them, but not transparent. Order if you want--they have a great selection of rugs--but be aware that you'll have no idea when your rug will actually come and you won't get any straight answers about it along the way.”

“Waited over 10 weeks for a rug that I still haven’t received yet. Won’t offer a discount for how long I’ve had to wait. Hopefully the rug is amazing after this long of a wait and how expensive it was.”

“This is the second purchase I have made from Rugs Done Right, one for each of my homes. The new 12' runners were absolutely beautiful and exactly as shown on their website. The runners were delivered very timely as stated. What can I say except it was perfection. I strongly recommend this company and have already done so numerous times.”

“I kept getting the run around on a ship date. When I ordered I was told the rug was in stock but evidently that was incorrect because it was weeks before my rug finally arrived. Numerous phone calls and very little results.”

“So far so good! It was easy to view my rug choices, examine them as close as possibly online and complete the purchase. Great email confirmation of receipt of order and when it shipped. Even amidst a pandemic, I'm impressed how quickly my rug is estimated to arrive! Looking forward to seeing it in purchase. If all goes as well, we'll be sure to make future purchases. Thank you!”

“It took 4 months to get the rug, so that was disappointing I realize It may not have been your fault, but that was a long wait. We are very happy with the rug, and when I called people were friendly and helpful”

“Although I haven’t received my rug there website was easy to use and with the 15% off free shipping and no taxes I saved almost 100 dollars compared to the next best price I found. I’ll update this review once I get my rug”

“Would be better if rug was not folded. I previously ordered a rug from Overstock and it came rolled on a tube. Having to wait for the folds to come out is just not something I would do again.”

“I thought customer service was prompt and professional every time I reached out to them. Due to COVID, the rug took a very long time to be delivered and I was frustrated and impatient. Customer service explained exactly what was going on and assured me it wouldn’t be much longer and it wasn’t.”
