“I would never buy a rug from this company again. I purchased a rug a week later the rug literally started falling apart, very low quality. It's now been a headache trying to return it. They say they are working with the "company" to resolve it. Really? As a customer I don't care that there's a third party involved. Due to the significant damage of the rug, they should have been able to resolve it within 24 hours of my reporting it. In stead it's taking many pictures and emails and I'm still waiting. I'll stick with Wayfair from now on. At least their customer service is outstanding and they resolve their issues asap!”

“I ordered a rug months ago. I had to reorder after questioning why it wasn’t delivered. I have again waited for months. I still do not have what I ordered and continue to wait. I would be hard pressed to order from this company again given the long waits without any communication from anyone”

“More than 5 stars!!! Superior Customer Service!!!!! They responded immediately to my email regarding a damaged area to my rug and I received a brand new rug in less than a week. Couldn't ask for anything better!!! I will definitely get my next rug from RugsDoneRight and so should you!!”

“The rug itself is beautiful! It just did not work with our decor. Their return policy is antiquated! And it’s taken me over a week to explain I want to return the rug. I still do not have a complete explanation of how to return it? Customer service is lacking. Do not purchase a rug here if you think you may have to return it!”

“Nice rug. Lays flat. nice colors. When it gets rained on, it drys quickly. Only had it 3 weeks, but I like it. Do wish there had been a response to my e-mail about "where's my rug?" You could have written something back like "it's under production. It should be done in about 2 weeks. We'll let you know when it ships."”
