“COVID created and continues to create problems for every industry and this is no exception. While extensive delays are unavoidable, correct and timely information is not. I was advised on several occasions as to the ETA for my rug and was incorrectly informed each time. I had to contact the rug manufacturer, Tibet Rug company to get accurate information. If it weren't for them I would have had no idea when my rug would arrive. The rug is beautiful, but the headaches trying to get someone from RugsDoneRight to communicate was not.”

“A matching porch rug was ordered. Delivered in great shape. Did take 2 months. They kept me informed of the back order, and this was the only place I could find the desired size.”

“I never received notice that the rug was back ordered. Then you sent a note saying “oh no you must not have seen our note saying this would be late”. But when I read the customer reviews, I found that other customers had received this exact note. Interesting right? Be upfront with your customers. Don’t tell us when we order that the rug is in stock if it isn’t. And then do what you promise. I was told that the rug would be shipped on or before 8/4. It clearly wasn’t & I was never that the shipment date had changed. I’m hoping to order a larger size of this rug if I like it. We’ll see when I finally receive it.”

“Very responsive when my item was back ordered, however I received the rug and it is not the quality I hoped, bubbling and not laying flat, but there is nowhere online to leave a review.”

“I am very disappointed. It says that you price match, guaranteed, but yet the item I purchased didn’t meet the minimum dollar amount to qualify. Then, after I place my order, I find out that it will be 5-6 weeks until my rug will be available.”

“It has been over a month and a half and i still have not received my rug. I haven't received any estimated arrival date either. I tried contacting customer service about this multiple times, was only responded to the first time to be told that it should arrive around August 18 (it did not).”

“Rug is thick, soft and well made. Colors as pictured and beautiful. This rug was listed on several other websites and choose to order from rugsdoneright because I saved $350! Arrived in a week. Satisfied custermer—5 stars!”
