“Website experience adequate. Could be better. Difficult to find what is needed. We have received the rugs, but have not inspected yet. Happening today. However the deliver of the one by Sias delivery was not acceptable. The delivery guy brought the wrapped rug inside and placed it on the floor. The plastic had black ALL OVER IT and got on my white drapes and on the floor. Certainly not a good experience.”

“Worst experience I've ever had ordering from a company online. 5.5 months to get rug. Multiple contacts with the company. The company NEVER kept me updated as to my order status unless I contacted them, and then typically I would have to contact two or more times to get a reply. When I finally gave them holy hell via email about their horrible customer service and told them I wanted to cancel the order, they followed up by saying someone would contact me the next day, then instead they sent me a form telling me to fill out the form to cancel, which I did. AFTER I submitted the cancellation form, THEN they contacted me to say the order had already shipped (appearing like they magically found the order right after I cancelled it -- interesting that other consumers complain about this pattern as well, see online reviews and BBB reports regarding this phenomenon) -- but I had NEVER received any information stating that the order shipped. At this point, the company FINALLY actually contacted me and some inflexible woman named Lisa (who never apologized for the company's incompetence in handling the matter) informed me that is was "virtually impossible" that I had not received an "order / shipping confirmation." HA. Guess when I got the supposed shipping confirmation that she claims was sent 4 days previously?? After we hung up. Yes, the shipping confirmation was sent while I was arguing with her on the phone. For all the other people out there who claim this company has horrible customer service, and are probably con artists, they are possibly right. I hate writing terrible reviews about a company. As a business owner myself I know how important good reviews and good customer service are. But these people were horrible to deal with. Take your business elsewhere.”

“I do wish at the time of my order, or soon thereafter, there was notification that my order was out of stock. A few weeks passed before I was made aware of the situation. Seems I have been waiting quite some time only to hear last week that my order will not be filled for another 5-6 weeks. Not happy.”

“pretty cute rug with a good punch of pattern. looks good in an otherwise plain guestroom. i will say that the black shows all the particles that land on it, but otherwise it's a reasonably thick rug, well made.”

“I absolutely love my Suzanni inspired Kaleidoscope 1333N Midnight rug by Oriental Weavers. The rug is super durable and affordable since it is made of Polypropylene, without having the high cost of a wool rug. The design is so lovely and colorful, and goes beautifully with my other Suzanni decor. When I want a good quality rug with long lasting durability, as the Kaleidoscope, or an heirloom quality rug, or for a large selection, I go to RugsDoneRight.”

“I had purchased a style of area rug elsewhere, but needed a second in a size that was sold out everywhere that sold that pattern except yay! RugsDoneRight had it in stock. Convenient!! Also nice: having a boutique/specialized storefront not upcharge because it's nicely curated. Their price was exactly comparable with every place that *had* carried that size. Honest Pricing!! Bonus: they had a first-purchase %offer, and i ended up getting it for *less* than if i'd found it elsewhere. Two days later, the impossible-to-find sized discontinued rug on its way to a very grateful customer.”

“The rug took longer than anticipated; however, a sales representative called me to apologize for the delay, let me know that it was a quality control concern that the rug was not up to standard and that I could expect the rug latest mid-August and true to their word, the rug arrived yesterday and is beautiful - thank you.”
