“the rug i did get i love. the larger other one, which i liked better than what i ended up with, was apparently unable to be located in the warehouse. this is stupid in my opinion. what does that mean, they cannot find it in the warehouse. customer service response was ok, not quite fast... i had to ask a lot of questions to find out what happened.”

“I ordered this rug over three months ago. I have attempted to contact you about it three different times and received one response with inaccurate information. I would like to cancel my order and have it refunded. I will never shop with you again.”

“I don't like your return policy. We will not shop with you again. The shipping company you use has a cumbersome delivery scheduling app. When I go to choose an option for delivery date/time, it crashes at the end of the selection process with no clear direction on what happens next (e.g. the date/time you've chosen is no longer available).”

“I had confirmation via they chat that I would get the rugs within 3-4 weeks. It ended up being more like 5-6, most of that time was due to the manufacturer. When the rugs finally made it to the US, they shipped it 2 day, and I got it 24 hours after I got the tracking number. I believe RugsDoneRight did everything they could to help me, and I was very pleased that they shipped the rugs super fast at the end.”

“Love my new outdoor rug. I am currently using it for indoors until I get new flooring in the living room. While looking for an outdoor rug, I found the perfect one, but it did not come in the size I wanted (this was on another web site - discount store) so I copied the info I needed and Rugs Done Right popped up. Perfect size and free delivery, but the best part was it was on sale and I also received a discount code. I was so excited waiting for it to arrive and when it did it was perfect. Color, size and pattern - I wanted a tropical/nautical blue ocean rug theme and that is exactly what I received. Thank you.”

“The name of this business could not fit it better. I'm an interior designer and ordered an 8 x 10 for a client. It arrived so quickly that I was amazed. It was packed superbly and of course the essential element was the quality. The rug and the company exceeded all of my expectations!”
