“Order got delayed without notice. When I got in contact and found this out I then upgraded the order to a larger size. Again I had to a month later get in touch to see where the order was. Got response that it was shipping that day. And it seemed to. But wrong size came what 3 months after first ordered. I will never use you again. Your staff isn’t on top of things. I’m sure all may be working from home at these times. But they don’t work at all well from home. My order was forgotten and would have never gotten even the wrong size if I hadn’t got in touch. Not professional.”

“I am not moving into my new apartment until a certain date, so I put in the “special instructions” box not to deliver until that date. The rug shipped the next day, so now I have to work with fed ex as it will arrive more than a week early. “Do not deliver until a certain date” was literally one of the examples you had in the special instructions box.”

“It would have been helpful to post on the website that the rug was out of stock with an estimated ETA during purchase. I had submit an inquiry to even find out it was out of stock. The rug was purchased on 5/22 and delivered on 8/7. I will say the rug is beautiful and I’m completely satisfied with the purchase. This review is based on communication and not the quality of the rug.”

“The website is fine and the price match was awesome. Once I placed my order, I really hated that I had no idea when the rug would arrive. When I order other items online, the confirmation email usually has a window for shipment...I had no clue when the rug would arrive and I was prompted to download an app (which didn’t give me the window) and then to fill out a form to receive shipping info. Kind of frustrating.”

“I wrote an email to cancel my order, and instead of just calling the warehouse and canceling the rug, you sent email, after email which they did not receive I am guessing, since a few days later, I received an email saying the rug had shipped!! If this was 2 weeks ago, it might have been ok, but it was not, hence the cancellation. Bonnie Zabinski”

“We ordered four rugs to cover our new wood floors. They are all different but they are gorgeous. We had a situation where one rug was not available in the size we needed. So we were given the opportunity to go a size larger with no extra charge. That size happened to work! We are more than pleased. We will be a return customer!”

“Found the rug I was looking for that I couldn't get anywhere else. When I ordered it, I got an immediate, personal email letting me know it was on backorder with an expected date, asking if that would be ok. It arrived nearly 3 months ahead of their projection and it is perfect. Easy doing business with them, great communication, and will gladly work with them in the future. Thank you!”

“I believe that my order was never processed, and when I inquired about the order (over 30 days later) I was told that I must have missed the back order notification. Receiving this email shortly after makes me believe that my order was actually submitted after my follow up and shipped out shortly thereafter.”
