“This was my first and last purchase from Rugs Dine Right. I purchased a rug attempted to cancel order but it was shipped instead. I was unable to return and customer service did nothing to assist. Stay away!”

“I started ordering a rug for my patio in March. Toward the middle of May I had not heard anything so I called only to find out that they did not have the rug. Two months wasted. I started searching again and in early June ordered a different rug. I heard nothing and called late in June/early July to find that the rug was on a container ship somewhere. I was assured that it really was coming. Here it is the middle of August and the rug arrived 10 days ago. Is this good service when I'm hoping to re-style my patio? I think not.”

“I’m very pleased with both the quality of the rugs I ordered and the speed with which they were delivered. I ordered on a Thursday evening & they were on my doorstep by noon Saturday. I was absolutely amazed!”

“I am highly disappointed. Everything we read about the company after we purchased has been the case for us. They are not honest. They are not customer friendly. They don't even listen bit speak over you then get upset with you when your tone of voice is upset. Obviously I'll not ever but or reccomend them again. I've filed a complaint with BBB and will post more on every site that I can about my experience”

“LOVE you guys! This is my second rug purchase from Rugs Done Right and I will probably never buy anywhere else. The rug is quality, the price is ALWAYS lower than everywhere else and shipping is super fast! “Terrible service. I had placed an order several months ago. I understand covid was the reason it was delayed, but every time I reached out for updates I was ignored or talked to super short. Eventually they started replying with one word emails back to me. I was also never contacted first with updates, which paying over 200$ for a rug from a place I had never shopped before would have been nice. It just made the whole site seem super shady and like they were stealing money.”
