“I ordered 3 rugs all on the same order and they came all at different times with no updates from the company. Still waiting for one! Feel they need to work on their communication emails.”

“When I contacted the company there was always a quick personal reply to my question. Everything was done very professionally. I took off 1 star because the rug was back ordered but I had to contact them to find that out. Ideally you should be informed before you place the order that the item is on back order. Worst case you should be informed within 24 hours of placing the order. In this case it seems that their automated system isn't doing its job to inform buyers their item is backordered.”

“Ordering was simple. Rugs Done Right was not very communicative as to how long it would take to receive my order. I wrote to them for updates as the time went into 1 month, then 2 months and then some. Once the order was shipped it was easy to track. The order was correct upon delivery. The condition of our rug was fine. We are very happy to finally have our product. If a friend were to ask, I would say the deal is great IF you are not in a hurry. San Antonio, TX”

“One of my rugs was delayed, but the customer service team was incredibly responsive and encouraged me to wait since I loved the rug. I did so, and it’s going to be here earlier than the new estimated date. Thank you again!”

“Item took longer than 10 business days to ship- each time I called the agent asked me to fill out a form. Many times I called I could not get through to an agent. When I finally spoke to someone they said my item could not be cancelled bc it had just shipped. When I get off the phone I get an email update saying my item had shipped. Makes me believe they just pushed a button to day it shipped so I couldn’t cancel. Overall very poor and frustrating experience. Will not shop here again.”

“Do not buy from this company. The rugs are the exact same ones you can get from amazon or other companies, only they are way more expensive here. Their customer service is incredibly rude, shipping takes forever, communication is atrocious, and they hide important information in their return policy from customers to try to take advantage of you. Take your business elsewhere!”

“The quality of the rug is very nice and what I was looking for. When ordered, I was not given an estimated shipping date. It took over a month before it was delivered. I would have thought more about ordering that particular rug if I had known up front.”

“I ordered a rug in April and have yet to receive it. Every time I reached out to customer service, they got back to me within a couple of days, which I appreciated, but had a different excuse every time as to why I still hadn't gotten it. I would have liked to have known it was back ordered when I originally ordered it instead of finding out almost 5 months later. Totally ridiculous.”
