“I bought a rug from Riga Done Right for almost $200 less than I found the same rug available on other sites! It came much faster than expected arriving a few days after the order was placed. I received FedEx tracking info as soon as the rug shipped. The rug is absolutely beautiful and great quality. I will 100% be using this site again.”

“I think I placed my order August 11th for a runner and I did not receive it until yesterday! I contacted customer service a few times through email and phone and kept getting reassured that it would be shipped that week. I was never told what the issue was... just that the warehouse was working on it. It was overall a frustrating experience. The rug itself is beautiful.”

“Product quality was poor. Had to throw the rug in the trash because the company would not take it back. Final sale was their response. As for the runner to go with the rug, they made it economically unfeasible to return the runner. So I had to eat that as well.”

“I placed an order for a rug over a month ago and I have yet to receive it. As I read other reviews, this seems to be the norm. If you are VERY patient and have nothing but time, Rugs Done Right is the place for you, but I think Rugs Done WRONG is a better name for this site.”

“I had a very good experience. I know from the reviews some don’t. FedEx called about 3 business days (which included a holiday weekend) after I placed the order to arrange delivery. I couldn’t believe any rug that size (9x12) would be delivered that fast! I also had prompt attention from customer service. I’ll order more rugs from this company. Now, I just hope I like the rug! 😊”

“Due to covid19 and an item on backorder it took months to receive it (arriving within days!). Knowing exactly what I wanted I kept the order and am waiting patiently. RugsDoneRight has keep me posted and when I needed an update their customer service responded in a timely fashion.”

“Decent service, but rug returns are not prepaid, so you are saddled with the return costs. Also, the rugs I bought were pretty, but cheaply made and therefore not worth the risk of return.”
