“The rugs should have been listed on the web site as back ordered. I needed to call you several times to find out when they were coming, only to know that they were on back order from China and were delayed due to Customs, Covid etc. Some communication, reassurance and possible alternatives in this regard would have been appreciated.”

“The rug itself is great and matches perfectly a larger version I bought elsewhere. The 10 week backlog turned out to be 11 weeks (Jul 10-Sept 25) so it would have been nice to get an email at various points along the way reassuring me it was still on track. I was starting to wonder if I'd ever get it.”
