“I have not received my sample rug yet and it has been 37 days. I was notified today that it now shipped so who knows how long it will still take. Maybe it’s covid 🤷🏼‍♀️ I practically forgot I even ordered it because it has been so long. I will update review after I get the product.”

“Horrible customer service. I tried several times to cancel the order when I couldn't get delivery information. The rug arrived 6 weeks after I was charged for it. When I tried to return it, they told me I had to pay shipping which was $70 for a $100 rug. Will never buy from them again.”

“I purchased a rug from Rugs Done Right on August 16th. It was listed as in-stock, ready to ship. I waited a couple of weeks and reached out, and was told that a "backorder notice" was sent- which I never received. I was assured it would ship out "on or before 10/15." Of course that didn't happen. On October 27th, I reached out AGAIN, only to be told that it would be shipped to me "on or before 11/17." I bet you can guess what happens next. The rug does not ship out to me on or before 11/17. It is now 12/2 and I still am not in possession of the rug. This is ridiculous, and I will never order from you again. I explicitly asked if I should cancel my order and get a rug elsewhere, because I needed a rug, and was told that it would be here soon. The issue here is that my expectations were set to something that was untrue. If I had been told that this rug would take almost 4 months to ship, I would have purchased a different rug.”

“Horrible manager who raised her voice to me. Refused a price match guarantee. Shipped my items when they said they would hold them until after the holiday. Kelly was very helpful. Manager needs to be fired.”

“I would have appreciated an update once my rug was going to be late, instead of having to call and ask. An automatic notification letting me know that my rug was going to be late would have sufficed, also my rug being 2 months late is unacceptable.”

“I ordered my rug over a month ago and every time i asked about my order they told me they would email me and they never did. I have not received tracking for the order but it said it was already shipped so im unable to cancel. But again, no one has any idea where my order is.”

“I ordered fireplace carpet but there was only one left and they saw that it had flaws. They contacted me immediately with other suggestions and I saw one that was even better! It arrived quickly and looks fabulous! Thank you for your attention to service!”

“I ordered a runner for the kitchen (that matches the family room carpet). It arrived promptly, and is just as beautiful as the 8X10 in the family room. I've had the larger one for eight years and it is still in marvelous condition. Highly recommend this company.”

“There was a 3-month back order on the item with no warning/indication of this before, during, or after purchase. No communication at all unless I called to get an update. No discount offered. Will not purchase from this seller again.”
