“I would just like to know where my rug is… It says shipped but no other information than that. I downloaded the Shop app and it too gives no more information. I cannot get a live person and the “bot” is not helpful and gives no answers—so although you are trying to appear to be customer service friendly… You’re not.”

“It took a long time for my rug to be delivered. I needed to contact customer service twice. Customer service was incredible though and was persistent about following through. I was thrilled. The rug arrived today and was as beautiful as it was pictured online. It came packaged in thick plastic. It is high quality and positively stunning.”

“I am pleased with my rug, it is beautiful. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that it didn’t come for a long time. Finally I called, there was apparently a miscommunication in the warehouse. It came a few days after my call. Really great service except for that and I just think it was a rare incident.”

“Let's face it, buying a floor rug is not that complicated. You pick one, click a few things, and wait till it shows up. That's what I did. It worked. Why do I give 5 stars, because nothing went wrong. It was simple and straightforward. And the price was the BEST of several sites. No need to look any further. The rug was great and well portrayed in the photos. All good. No worries.”
