“You’re right, not having the product I can’t give a full review. The website was easy to use, but I did phone into your office with a question I couldn’t answer myself from your website, and it took a while to reach someone...they didn’t call me back from my voicemail until the next day. During that conversation, the rugs done right representative said she had to get back to me with an answer to my question and would do so the following day. That never happened. Hopefully the rug will be delivered soon and I can upgrade this rating. I’m very influenced by the caliber of customer service I receive - and follow through is an important component of good customer service.”

“The carpet arrived well packaged and protected, in pristine condition. The quality of the carpet is good, the colors are deep and bright, it really made the room and freshened its look. Very modern and artsy. It doesn’t shed after about 10 days with moderate traffic. The delivery was relatively quick (2-3 weeks) given the coronavirus situation and on the exact date as we were informed. The only reason for four starts is the initial lack of communication with Rugs Done Right about the order confirmation, expected shipping and delivery date. It took about a week and a couple of inquiries to get the shipping information. From there on, the delivery was smooth but the company definitely does not bother over-communicating with customers about their order. A lot of advertisement was send after we placed the order but not the essential information about the product we bought. The online buying experience was great, quick and with a significant additional discount given online at the time of purchase.”

“Called to see if the rug I wanted was in stock. I was told it was, so I ordered it. That was April 28th. Called about my rug and was told I'd have tracking in 24 to 48 hours. That was May 13th. Still no tracking 5 days later. Will not order from RugsDoneRight again.”

“Unfortunately I did not catch canceling my rug order before it shipped, as I knew I had made a less than ideal choice after deciding not to do a layered rug look. Due to the current COVID situation, I believe there are slower customer service response times, since vendors are managing higher than usual call volumes. Otherwise the customer service has been a good experience.”

“Ordering via their website was a breeze. The price was fabulous ($110) for a wool rug this size (4' X 6'). The rug I selected was shipped (free) in a timely manner and arrived in great shape ready to be put on the floor (with a mat). Overall a very smooth process and great product. A colorful rug, it brightened up the room into which it went. Thanks”

“They sent the wrong rug. That was ok, mistakes happen. The correct rug came within a week, but it has now been a month and they have yet to pick up the wrong rug. It is large and in the way. I’ve called numerous times and get the same, we are working on it answer.”
