“DO NOT use this site to order samples, if you are expecting free returns! First, they make ordering very confusing. Certain samples aren't available so they "upsell" you on a larger sample size. You think it doesn't matter since you'll be returning the samples. Then they send you invoices and purchase orders that don't match up so it's very confusing what you've ordered v. what you've received, etc. Then when you try to return any samples you no longer want, what they don't tell you is that they have to process the return manually via e-mail (no phone to straighten things out). They'll take their sweet time sending you return labels. Only to then notify you that--oops!--you've missed the 14-day return window nobody mentioned during all your chats with their representatives. All of their products are available on other rug dealership sites. You can also just order direct from the manufacturer. PLEASE spare yourself the headache and wasted money and use a different site.”

“I recently placed an order for a Dalyn 10 x 12 rug. It is a rug that i am replacing in the same dtyle & color, as the previous rug was 10 years old. I was pleased that I could replace this carpet for less cost than the original price at a furniture store. I am looking forward to receiving my new replacement rug. Rugs done right was easy to browse and ordering was user friendly.”

“I recently purchased the Loloi II Hathaway rug and was originally very pleased with the responsiveness of rugs done right. The rug was delivered quickly and in great condition but the colors were vastly different than the image shown. I have bought rugs online from other companies and never experienced this large of a color discrepancy. Rugs done right was quick to respond to my concerns but still required me to pay for return shipping (over $150). I am incredibly disappointed in this customer service and will not be buying another rug from this site.”
