“Horrible customer service. I ordered a rug and canceled it right away and they said they couldn't stop it. I find that very hard to believe and I'm very dissatisfied and will never order anything from this company again.”

“I tried to cancel an order and was too late, although I see when my item shipped (through Arrive) was after the time I called. Also, the chat person was very curt and did not answer a final question I asked - left it unanswered. Part of the reason I bought my rug through rugs done right was the reports of excellent customer service. Not seeing anything stellar. Hoping I can return my rug for one of equal or higher value.”

“Shopping on-line for something as personal as a rug for my home was understandably a little stressful, until I stumbled across Rugs Done Right. This was an awesome shopping experience!! The website's ability to filter very specific colors is top-notch making it so easy to find the exact Emerald Green Runner that I was looking for.”

“Your marketing cadence after the sales is way too frequent. Since I purchased on 4/19 (3 days ago), I have received 6 emails from your company not counting the order confirmation note. I would suggest dialing this way back - the email suggesting a complimentary product was appropriate, as was the shipping notice, and this feedback form. The rest are overly aggressive in my opinion.”
