“The rug is even more beautiful than the photo, higher quality than I dared hope, and surprisingly inexpensive. It’s really dazzling! The sales people were prompt, patient, thorough, and facilitated extras (like rug pads) and a special order item quickly and smoothly. I’m delighted with the outcome, and found the whole experience very satisfying. Thanks so much!”

“Your return policy is extremely poor compared to other rug shops. You do not pay for return shipping for returns nor do you provide return packaging. I will shop elsewhere in the future and do not recommend you.”

“Excellent service and email contact...I wish I had paid closer attention to the way the rug was bound. I have three other loloi rugs with a different binding that gives the look of a real oriental rug. This one looks a bit more “carpet” like. I’m thrilled with the length though, it’s perfect in my upstairs hallway!”
