“Colors don't match at all and returns are not free both ways read carefully. Return policy takes forever so beware.”

“I had a specific rug in mind when I first visited Rugs Done Right. I found the rug here, and it was almost $150 cheaper than I'd seen it anywhere else. After ordering, the rug shipped within 24 business hours and it was at my house two days later. The packaging was hearty, so the rug was well protected. I could not be happier with my experience with Rugs Done Right. I will absolutely be ordering with them again in the future.”

“Enjoyed shopping for carpets-so many colors and sizes. I liked the "shop by designer" section . If there is one carpet with different colors it would be easier to have the colors displayed with that picture.”

“I placed my rug order on 3/20. I was never notified that it shipped or that it was out of stock. I then reached out to customer service and got a response fairly quickly that my rug was out of stock and would take 5-6 weeks to get. 5 weeks later I followed up twice with no response from the once helpful customer service. It’s 5/3 and my rug is said to be on the way. I was offered no sort of compensation for the inconvenience. I guess we will see if I still like the rug a month and a half later.”

“Responses were quick but led me to believe the rug I ordered would be available and shipped “next week” which obviously hasn’t happened. I have no idea where the rug is and I’ve paid for it already.”

“the rug is great - but it took over two months to get - I understand issues with covid but it was 6 weeks when covid lock down started from the time I ordered and then had to wait longer -it could have been a warehouse problem but I was waiting for some type of compensation”

“While the website shopping and checking out experience was great, it has been several days that I have not received any relevant information about my order, for example whether it is in stock, when it will ship, and when I should be delivered. I got multiple emails with irrelevant Information like surveys, more product offerings, or simple irrelevant check ins without any information about my order. My customer experience would be greatly improved if someone would contact me to let me know about the status of my order.”
