“I still don’t have my rugs. Customer service has told me a couple of times they were on their way and they were. I wouldn’t buy from you ever again. I realize covid has delayed things but I’m in sales too. I cover 13 states. Our product comes in from China and we haven’t shorted anyone or delayed their orders. Your customer service reps don’t help by being short and snippy with people. And again I deal with customers day in and day out and never ever do I get snippy with my customers and ask “well, do you just want to cancel the order” or “we are going round and round is there something else you need to know”. It’s just wrong. When are my rugs coming. At this rate I’ll be dead by the time they get here. Ps I was Diagnosed with breast cancer so yeah there’s a real chance that I’ll be dead before they get here”

“This carpet was very thin as opposed to other Bashian carpets I have ordered. The color in the photo looked lighter than the actual color - it is a very dark cream color of background. Also, to ship the carpet past, it cost me 37.00 from UPS. If I had known this, I would have never ordered from this site. Thank you.”

“It was easy to navigate the RugsDoneRight's website and checkout. I was particularly pleased with their customer service. After I ordered my rug, I realized I needed to have it sent to a different address. I emailed them, thinking it would be too late to change. They quickly emailed back that it was all taken care of. Needless to say, I was relieved and happy. I can't wait to see the rug in person. I received an email today saying it will arrive soon. I have enjoyed working with RugsDoneRight. Their prices were by far the best on the web. Their service is great. They responded quickly and were very accommodating. I highly recommend them.”

“I enjoyed having the large inventory to look through. I found the exact carpet I was looking for. I am a little concerned however because the knap of the rug in a few places looks like it is missing some of the material. Let me know what you think.”

“When placing my order, I should have been informed this rug was not in stock and would not be available for 7 to 8 weeks. CS was friendly and helpful when I inquired re: delay.”

“The price was great but overall service was not. After 3 weeks of my rug not being shipped, I had to reach out to the company to be told that my rug was on backorder. I should have been notified prior to that. Also, I looked up the rug on the website again and the rug was still available to order with no notes of it being on backorder. Costumers should be informed that the order is not in stock before placing a order.”
