“While I haven't received my rug yet, I do keep hearing from the company regarding the delay. I'm waiting for products from other companies without them keeping me in touch like Rugs Done Right has. Thank you Rugs Done Right! Update: I received my coral area rug yesterday, and I am happy with the quality and design. The colors are true to the pictures. It's perfect for my coastal decor!”

“Worst customer service I have had in a long time. The manager was super rude with a condescending attitude. She lied about being able to cancel my order. No one was helpful. I would never recommend anyone using this business to buy rugs because of how terrible the customer service is.”

“I really love the rug I bought but it randomly showed up one day, no tracking information was sent. Luckily I was home to sign for it but there was no warning that it was going to come. I think COVID-19 had a lot to do with the confusion between the company and fulfillment center which I completely understand, but I wish I had received the tracking information before it came. It’s a beautiful rug though.”

“I never received an email with my order details. When I spoke with Live chat, they did give me the order #, but again, no invoice. I used your site to see where my order was yesterday and I still haven't received an answer. Your website works great to charge my card, but not to give me any order information. Very disappointing as your products are terrific.”

“I ordered a rug nearly one month ago, I did not get any update as to its ship time or availability until I made a phone call. It would be helpful if one could receive weekly updates about the status of an order… Even if that update is that no one knows what’s going on. I was afraid I was lost in the system. Customer service was helpful, however, when I called.”

“The rug is absolutely beautiful! I was surprised by the really good quality. It looks great on a small deck I have that overlooks my garden. I also got the rug very quickly. I understand in these times that shipping schedules are slowed down to protect the warehouse workers; which I support. We wouldn't get our merchandise without the hard working people who prepare the order. Please pass my thank yous to them!”
