“I love the rug and overall, happy with the RugsDoneRight experience. The rug was available from several online sources and at the time, RugsDoneRight offered the best price. I was disappointed that delivery took longer than indicated on the site and that I had to call to find out when I'd be receiving it.”

“The delivery timeframe was unclear and misleading. I emailed when more than 2 weeks had gone by to understand when the rug would arrive. Was promised it would be here before my guests arrived on July 3rd. The rug has not arrived. Very disappointed that there was no communication indicating the rug would not make the timeline as promised by your customer service representative. Hopefully the quality of the rug is better than the misleading "two day shipping" and customer service reps who don't tell the truth.”

“The representatives were always informative and pleasant to speak to. The only issue I had was that the runner took quite a while to be received from the time I ordered same. (Almost 2 months)”

“Not a happy camper to need to call and find out about the delivery and then be advised that it wasn't even in stock. I then ordered a different rug and it was delivered in good time.”

“I love the rug. Very thick. Colors as pictured. High quality. The service staff was terrific. I was very disappointed that I was not told the rug was on back order and I waited eight weeks !!”

“Rugs are beautiful but not what we expected; loop pile not cut and has slightly greenish color to them (not true beige) than the photo showed so it was a bit deceiving; pattern is much more distinct than shown; also, rugs still have a stale smell that is still there but dissipating. Otherwise, arrived on time and wrapped well. Good purchase.”

“RugsDoneRight has done all the right things for me, except, deliver the 4th rug ordered. I didn't receive accurate communications about when the rug would be delivered. I haven't checked, but it probably took 45-60 days to get it. Once someone thought they knew when it would be delivered, I was told, and the info was wrong. That happened twice. I think RDR was out of stock and maybe the supplier as well. Would have been nice to receive timely, accurate info. The rest of RDR was great.”

“I originally started shopping in a brick and mortar store but did not receive good service there at all. I decided to take a photo rug and try to find it elsewhere. I'm so happy that I found it here for less!!!! Very happy to give them my business instead.”

“Until I receive the product and see the quality, I am reluctant to give a high score, but the online ordering process was pretty easy. I chose to order a carpet now, because of a WOW25 coupon that was attached to the email that I received, yet when I I putted the coupon code, it gave no discount on the carpet. For this, I am disappointed.”
