“The rugs were nice quality but too bright and busy for our decor. I had to pay $50 postage to return one rug. The wrong rug was delivered and they paid to return that one.”

“Ordering was simple. The customer service reps were helpful. However, the e mail updates and getting a delivery date and tracking number was unacceptable. I had to keep following up,”

“Hi, everything went very smooth up to delivery of my order, then it fell apart at once. I think you should provide a delivery service that actually will deliver into the home not just curbside. I would have be willingly paid for the delivery charge on a 4,500 dollar purchase. It is not good enough to recommend task rabbit or whatever services are out there to have to be arranged by your customer, this is a major hassle for someone who just spend that kinda money. So there should be a full service delivery option through you guys. Otherwise I loved everything about the purchased though RugsDoneRight. Thanks”

“Although my rug was not available when I purchased it, they did keep the order and now it is on it's way. I think the company should've been more proactive in keeping me informed of the status instead of me following up.”

“Recognizing you are competing against Amazon and most other free and fast shipping retailers that communicate every detail of what to expect I would have given you a much lower rating. However. Even though I had to do the work to find a way to communicate your customer service responded when I reached out regarding shipping expectations. It took 4 emails to get clear info and she was very nice but she didn’t have clear info either re shipping. I’m very pleased with the product. It arrived Friday.”

“I ordered a rug. The website did not say it was not in stock. After a week I made a inquiry. They said it would take a month. But they had a larger size. Luckily it would fit. They need to get a better website that would let the customer know it is not in stock.”

“I was pleased with the rug quality and the prompt responses by Customer Service. I wish the freight cost of returns was less expensive. Other rug suppliers charge less. (Maybe they get discounted rates from freight carriers.) For this reason I will likely not order more rugs in the future from Rugs Done Right.”

“Overall great surface. We did have an issue with a rug as it was not in stock and not expected to be anytime soon. We understand this was a manufacturing issue but the communication could have been better on RugsDonRight’s end. We ended up getting a different rug other than the 311k that we had ordered.”

“Tugs where great additions to my home. Carpet came within a week Runner came 4 months later. Customer service never reached out especially when I called multiple times to find out about the availability and delivery of my runner. Customer service or powers to be need to communicate much better”

“Though it’s very lovely and I understand they all look different, it is much more gray than the pictures and took three weeks to get here. And it is more like a squishy bath mat material than a rug, but luckily I am using it in the bathroom anyhow.”

“I would not be able to purchase the rug with only the photos posted on your site. Need more “up close” photos to see texture. I only purchased this because I saw it in person at a local store first.”

“This would be 5 stars if the rugs had been rolled so they would lay flat. The 2x3 rug was folded several times causing deep creases. The 8x10 rug was roiled so that the edges roll up instead of towards the floor. This size should be rolled with the pattern facing out. The packaging materials are thick enough to protect it. I hope the weights I’ve put all sound will flatten this rug out. I rolled the 2x3 to try to reduce the deep creases.”
