“Terrible. I ordered 2 rugs and only received one! I had to drive down to the USA to pick them up from Vancouver, and pay tax and duty on 2 rugs and I didn't know there was only one rug in the package. Very disappointed.”

“I was unable to get anyone on the phone on the day I ordered...some automated thing. Then when the rug came it looks NOTHING like the picture. It will do so I am keeping it, but I am really very unhappy about the misleading picture. There is virtually no beiges in it...all black gray and a dab of cream. I think this should be a priority - things from any store should never be a surprise!”

“First of all, I want to compliment the website. The pixels for the pictures of the rug I chose where absolutely the best in comparison to all the other sites that carry this rug. It was the picture that actually helped me to make my final decision. Secondly, my experience in speaking with Karla on the phone and Kayla through "chat'" were excellent! Thank you for making this a five star experience. I look forward to receiving my rug!”

“The people I spoke with were polite and helpful. However, that you have a Karastan catelog filled with items that are not available is misleading and a big waste of time. After having spent days making my decision on a rug, I was informed a week later that it is not available. Entire lines are sold out, but show available on your website.”

“The rugs were lovely but the shipping was horrible. We were out of town fromOctober 14-21 and I asked on the order to please ship the order on October 19 as we would be home in plenty of time to have it delivered. We even received an acknowledgement that the rugs would be shipped on October 19 as we requested. While on vacation I received an email that they had been shipped prior to the date we requested. I had to contact UPS to advise them not to deliver the rugs and hold them for my return so I could pick them up on Monday October 23. Instead of having the rugs delivered to my residence I had to drive to the UPS office and load the rugs in my car and bring them into my home. Why was my request to ship the rugs on October 19, 2017 ignored.”
