“GOOD BUT JUST GETTING STARTED SO WE WILL SEE”

“In the end, it turned out well but it was confusing. I initially received an email that said that the rug I order would be on back order until the middle of March, I was upset due to the fact that when choosing dimension options the 5x7 would be available in the next 3-5 days. After a couple days I received another email saying that it would be shipped by next week. So, I do not know what wires crossed for the events to occur.”

Hi Isabella, yes, back orders can be confusing for sure! That's why we include in that email the line that reads "Please note, back ordered items often ship out much sooner than anticipated." You got lucky and yours shipped the next day- that's our dream scenario and it happens all the time. Glad it all worked out well. Hope to see you back soon :)

“Well ....I am still trying to figure out how I get my 10% coupon. Jody was helpful directing me to a survey about the website. I gave my opinion and submitted it. But I have yet to understand how I get this coupon. I love the fact that the rugs come with pads and that there is no tax or shipping fees. I just am trying to order with my 10% coupon.”

“It was completely satisfactory. The member of your sales staff we dealt with, Brittany - was very helpful and pleasant. She patiently helped us navigate through the computer catalogue and the computer generated order process, and made sure we ere able to apply the discount. The delivery schedule for our new rug was accurate, the rug was securely wrapped and arrived in good condition - I don't know how our experience could have been any better.
